What does Matched do?
We are a local representative for people who own property in Jamaica but live elsewhere. We inspect, maintain, secure and manage your property and report back with photos, written quotations and receipts.
Do I need an expensive property to use Matched?
No. We look after everything from a two-bedroom family house to a hillside villa. The service is premium, and accessible at different levels.
How do you protect my property from squatters and storms?
Through scheduled, documented inspections, secure keyholding, a visible presence at the property, and hurricane preparation and post-storm checks with progress reports.
How will I know the work was actually done?
Every visit produces timestamped photographs and a checklist. Repairs come with written quotations, your approval before spending, contractor records and receipts, followed by a monthly report.
How much does it cost?
Home Watch is US$149 to 249 per month, Property Guardian US$299 to 499 per month, and Rental Management 8 to 12 percent of monthly rent.
